Paulette Macarons San Francisco, located in the heart of Hayes Valley, was created after the enormous success of Paulette Macarons Beverly Hills. Our macarons are handmade and created by renowned French pastry chef Christophe Michalak, 2005 winner of the World Pastry Cup.
Opened on January 2009, to much acclaim from trend-maker website
DailyCandy, soon followed by recommendations from the San Francisco Chronicle (for
Valentine’s Day and for a
feature on macarons) and Sunset Magazine.
All of our macarons are gluten-free and come in over 12 flavors (using natural flavors, including fruit pulps and real imported French chocolate), such as Violet Cassis, Sicilian Pistachio, Wedding Almond, Carribean Chocolate, Columbian Coffee, Raspberry and many more.
Paulette also serves espresso drinks and Mariage Freres teas, both by the cup and in boxes (loose leaf and tea bags).
